Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Keystone ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a brokerage, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Keystone provides multi-tenant software that licensed real-estate brokerages use to guide first-time homebuyers from pre-qualification to closing. Keystone is not a real-estate broker, lender, title company, or credit-repair provider. We do not provide legal, financial, or real-estate advice.
3. Accounts and roles
Users are assigned a role (Platform Admin, Brokerage Admin, Agent, Lender, Title, Credit Repair, or Buyer). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or RESPA-violating activity.
- No attempts to bypass tenant isolation or access data outside your role.
- No uploading of malicious files or content that infringes third-party rights.
5. Buyer–professional relationships
Matches surfaced by the Service do not create an agency, fiduciary, or contractual relationship between you and any agent, lender, title agent, or credit-repair provider. Engagement terms are governed by separate agreements you sign with those professionals.
6. Audit logs and recordkeeping
Key system events are recorded in an immutable audit log. You acknowledge that this log may be used by your brokerage and Keystone for compliance, dispute resolution, and RESPA review.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Readiness scores, roadmaps, and AI-coach suggestions are informational and are not guarantees of mortgage approval or closing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting your brokerage administrator.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
