1. Who we are
Keystone is a multi-tenant platform that brokerages license to guide first-time homebuyers through pre-qualification to closing. Each brokerage ("Tenant") is an independent data controller for its buyers' data; Keystone acts as the data processor.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, role, and the tenant you belong to.
- Buyer assessment data: readiness inputs you provide during intake.
- Documents: files you upload to your secure document vault.
- Communications: messages exchanged with your brokerage team and AI coach.
- Audit metadata: immutable records of key actions for RESPA defensibility.
3. How we use it
To deliver the platform, match you with agents/lenders/title/credit-repair professionals, generate your readiness roadmap, and maintain a compliant audit trail. We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing
Your data is visible only to (a) you, (b) staff at your brokerage with a need to know, and (c) Keystone platform administrators for support and compliance. Strict tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is governed by row-level security policies and role-based access control.
6. Retention
Audit logs are retained for as long as your brokerage maintains its account, in accordance with RESPA recordkeeping practices. You may request export or deletion of your personal data by contacting your brokerage.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. Contact your brokerage administrator or email privacy@keystone.example.
8. Changes
We will post material changes to this policy on this page and notify account holders.
